Whether you are a returning client, or you are interested in
what I have to offer, I want to take a moment to thank you! It is such a
compliment for clients to entrust me for such an important event in your life!
There’s nothing I love more than clients who book their
sessions in advance. That way I can guarantee them a spot. With two little ones
of my own that I put first, my sessions are limited, and schedule is hectic!
Custom photography is an investment. Period. However, it is an investment that you won’t
regret! That new television won’t be so
special when the newest technology comes along, the fancy meal will be devoured
in mere minutes, and that trendy new outfit will soon be out of style. Those
precious memories of your children at their tiniest and when your toddler loved
to smother you in kisses, will never lose value. These treasures will last for
generations and can be passed down for many years, if cared for properly.
Most clients spend $250-$1500 for their custom portraiture,
although there are more budget friendly collections that still meet the minimum
order requirement of $200. Payment plans are always an option that I offer. By
choosing me for your custom printing, your items are archival quality, which
means they are acid free and will stand the test of time. I am also a
perfectionist when it comes to my work, which is an added bonus for you. That
is something chain store printing and service will never come close to!
In the following pages are my current prices from prints to
albums, canvases to image boxes, and everything in between to help you choose
the best way to display your treasures!
Session fee due is in full at time of booking. Session fee
covers the time, travel, and talent of Casey ONLY. In order to offer clients
exceptional customer service, handcrafted products, and a true custom
portraiture experience, I am only able to accept a limited number of
appointments. Therefore, each portrait session is subject to a $200 order
minimum (not including the session fee).
Need to reschedule your session or ordering
consultation? Please give at least 24
hours advanced notice to avoid loss of session fee or incurring a $50
rescheduling fee. Of course, this does not apply in the case of emergencies.

*There is a $200 minimum print purchase in addition to your
session fee. The session fee covers Casey's talent, time, and travel and
secures your session date. It does not include any prints or digital images.
Full Session: $100
1 hour session time
A custom gallery of 20 fully edited proofs.
Newborn Session: $200
This session is designed for newborns and parents to capture
those first precious moments.
Session fee covers 3-5 hours of shooting time. Babies are
unpredictable and keeping your baby completely comfortable and happy is my
number one goal.
Along with this session fee you will receive 25 custom birth
announcements and a gallery of 20 images.
*Please book your session while you are still expecting in
order to secure the date.
Maternity and Newborn
Session: $350
This session is for those who want to capture the magical
time of expecting and their baby at their tiniest. Maternity sessions are so
special because these photos will be cherished by your family and especially
your child for a lifetime.
With this session you will receive a full maternity session
and 10-20 images on a high-resolution disc. Also, you will receive a full
newborn session with 25 custom designed birth announcements. *minimum purchase
requirement applies to newborn session.
Birth Photography: $1000
Capture one of life's most significant events moment by
moment with gorgeous black and white images. I'll be there for up to eight
hours of labor, delivery, and post-delivery to document the story of your baby's
birth. This includes 50-60 black and white images on a high-resolution disc
with 4x6 reference prints inside of a beautiful, custom designed proof box.

resolution digital files are placed on a disc and may by printed at the photo
lab of your choice with a print authorization form. I will suggest a few that
offer superior quality printing over that of your local drug store. Unless
prints are ordered from Casey Kelley Photography, quality cannot be guaranteed.
Also
included are watermarked, web-sized files. These files are formatted for email,
to share on facebook, and digital photo frames.
All images on disc: All full sessions are guaranteed 20-30 images and all edited
session images may be purchased with full printing rights for $595. This
includes a custom designed cd and case. J
Single
images may be purchased for $45 per image.
Organic bloom frames start at $38 and are a perfect way to
display portraits.

Gallery Wrapped Canvases
Canvases are an excellent choice to showcase your memories
with a variety of different sizes and depths.
Canvases are versatile and can be showcased anywhere in the home as one
large piece or in a wall grouping. Best of all, is that you hang then straight
out of the box, no framing necessary. J
One rule of thumb for choosing a canvas is to visualize
where you are planning on showcasing your memories. Bigger is ALWAYS better,
11x14’s and smaller are best kept for the desk.
Need help choosing a canvas? No problem. After each session
I provide each client with a card that has spaces to write down wall
measurements from areas of their home that they plan to hang their portraits.
This card is brought along to the ordering consultation and I will provide
professional advice on which sizes would fit best and make the greatest impact.

Mini Accordion Brag Booklets

pages and gutterless inside seam, so no part of your images are lost. They have
